Familia at Bain
Familia at Bain (FAM) is an organization of Bain professionals with Hispanic, Latino/a/x, Chicano/a or Latin American heritage or interests. Our vision is to make Bain the best career choice for Latino/a/x talent and provide the resources and connection to help our members thrive. We provide tailored support across our diverse members, including mentorship and programs that create pathways for success inside Bain. We take great pride in the meaningful bonds this group creates, and the vast contributions Hispanic cultures have across the organization.

Bain has been investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion for more than 30 years. Beginning with our early affinity communities, we have expanded into a wide range of comprehensive programs to create a culture of inclusion where every Bainie can thrive.
Familia at Bain provides members an added layer of tailored support and a space to form meaningful relationships, drive connectivity, and build community. While we take pride in the deep bonds created within Familia at Bain, we also build connections with other affinity groups and share the diversity across our culture with the broader firm.

We bring together members for two days of programming, connectedness, and shared experiences.

We hold dialogues around topics and themes that are open to all of Bain but of particular interest to our communities.
