Matt Stolper is a member of our Financial Services and Sustainability & Responsibility practices. He has over 5 years of consulting experience and over 10 years of experience working with and advising financial services companies.

Matt primarily advises clients across the banking and payments sectors. His work surrounds corporate and business unit strategy, including adjacency strategy, customer led growth strategy, and core full potential strategy.

He is also an expert on decarbonization, carbon measurement, carbon accounting, and carbon transition opportunities, with a focus on financial services institutions.

Beyond his client work, he is heavily involved in Bain's MBA recruiting efforts and co-leads Bain's internal Continuous Learning team in New York.

Before joining us, Matt worked at Bridgewater Associates as an investment engineer. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from Amherst College.
