Highlights

  • Co-leader of our Nordics Advanced Analytics practice
  • Former partner for Qvartz

Rahul Shah is the co-leader of our Nordics Advanced Analytics practice and an expert in our global Transformation practice.

He recently served as a partner for Qvartz prior to the firm's integration with us, which collectively formed our new Nordics practice, in early 2020.

With nearly two decades of industrial experience, Rahul currently specializes in organizational transformation for efficiency improvement, using technology as an enabler; customer-centric solution development; and transformation program management. His client register features a sweep of industries, chief among them fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), manufacturing, renewables, and transportation and logistics.

Rahul’s recent client engagements include:

  • Spearheading an Energy & Natural Resources client's digital transformation.
  • Leading a top-tier consumer brand toward building a foundation for scale through an increasingly data-driven culture. This included optimizing various decision-making elements to drive commercial growth and operational excellence.
  • Helping a manufacturing client deliver newly defined, "as-a-service" offerings for its future business models, as well as a revamped go-to-market (GTM) strategy, deployed through an IoT platform.
  • Overhauling the service operations of a major transportation and logistics player, involving business case definition and implementation to realize commercial optimization with predictive maintenance.

Prior to joining Qvartz in 2013, Rahul worked in technology consulting for firms across the US, Europe and Asia. He has also held various management roles across sales, marketing, IT, human resources, engineering operations and corporate strategy.

He holds an MBA from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and an undergraduate degree in engineering from Gujarat University (India). He speaks Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi and English.

In his personal time, Rahul enjoys cooking and reading about the intersection of technology and human behavior. He and his wife, Eveline, are the proud parents of one young daughter.
