Toxicity, Resonance & Healing

With this video, I hope to offer clarity on the concepts of toxicity, dissonance, resonance and healing. Happy 2016!! I’ve been detoxing for a few weeks and things are shifting rapidly. There are all kinds of insights coming up around the idea of toxicity and resonance, and how they contribute to healing on all levels of your being. As my physical body clears itself of heaviness, I feel lighter through my whole energy system. It feels like part of the integration process as we continue to ground the processing of the past several years in our physical ‘vessels.’ See also more clarity that came of this insight in the post entitled ‘Toxins and Integration.’ Big Love, ~ Jenny *If you enjoyed this video, you might Continue reading Toxicity, Resonance & Healing

Boundaried Self-love

I’ve recently joined something called the Wisdom Bloggers Sisterhood, which is a group of women bloggers joining forces to cover a specific topic each month. November is all about creative self love, using Cheryl Bridges’ book ‘28 Days of Creative Self-Love’ as a tool to inspire us. The deadline for the November posts is today, and as often happens, I’m writing against the clock. I have all kinds of reasons (excuses) I could use for this, but as I sat and examined it, I realised I’m scared shitless of this topic. I’ve written about self-love before, numerous times, and the reasons it’s so important. I’ve explored it from a bunch of angles and delved into it as a rational exercise, understanding it and feeling it. Continue reading Boundaried Self-love

Narcissism and the Divine Feminine

Here’s a thought: narcissism is the antithesis of the divine Feminine. What does this mean for you and me? First I’m going to go broad, and then we’ll get personal. Really personal. The energetic realignment that’s been underway for decades has been about shifting old consciousness around existing distorted structures towards a more heart-centred way of being. This energy has been presenting as a resurgence of the (sacred) feminine, which has for millennia been under-represented in the way we’ve constructed life in 3D reality. The purpose is to balance the masculine and feminine energies, leading to wholeness as individuals and as a collective. This is not a ‘gender’ war, but speaks to complementary aspects of Oneness; the yin and yang, if you will. The ways Continue reading Narcissism and the Divine Feminine

The Walking Wounded

self-responsibility, empath

You don’t have to look too far to see the walking wounded; no farther than the mirror, really. I’m wounded, you’re wounded, we’re all wounded. That’s kind of the point of our existence. We incarnate here to grow as souls, in whatever way we’ve decided suits our highest needs. Our individual growth contributes to the collective growth, expanding the vibration of the planet, clearing away some of the old paradigm distortions that have held us in this dimension for millennia. Right now we have an opportunity to expand the consciousness of all of creation in a way that blasts us beyond any perceived limitations we may have accepted as the truth of our ‘reality.’ As each of us shifts the energetic blueprint of our individual Continue reading The Walking Wounded

I Think I Love Me (so what am I so afraid of ?)

As you know, I have a thing about songs and films inspiring posts from time to time. Today is another example of that – this song (somewhat annoyingly) has been running through my head for two days. I knew on this morning’s walk that it was time to write about it. (David Cassidy ‘I think I love You’ from YouTube). Since January, I’ve been on what I call a ‘self-love-apalooza,’ which has involved delving into some extreme self-love and self-care rituals. As always, when faced with deep reflections of my own worth and what that means in the face of Love, it hasn’t been easy. The past few days have been extra hard, and hence the song. ‘I think I love you, so what am Continue reading I Think I Love Me (so what am I so afraid of ?)
