Fighting as an Act of Love

At some point in our collective space-time continuum, the rift between balanced masculine and feminine energies distorted the fine art of fighting. It’s time to reclaim the aspect of fighting for what we believe in, from a state of pure love and self-respect. I’ll give you an example. The other day, I decided to do a past-life regression using an online meditation. It took me to two separate lifetimes, with very different feelings and outcomes. In the first life, I was a dirty, tired young girl (12 or so), a beggar on the streets of a large city. I had been recently abandoned by someone, a partner or friend, and turned to prostitution as a way to support myself. I could feel the constriction of survival Continue reading Fighting as an Act of Love

Name it; Heal it

As I was walking this morning, it was made clearer to me the difference between judgement and blame, and getting clarity for your own expansion. When we name a ‘problem’ in our lives, or acknowledge that someone has abused or mistreated us, it’s so that we can accept responsibility for our healing and growth, NOT to demonise the challenges and become victimised by life. EVERYTHING is a teacher. For instance, I can say ‘my ex was a narcissist’ and stop there, lamenting the fact that I wasted years with an unfeeling, manipulative psychopath, or I can say, ‘why was that attractive to me? How can I shift my perspective to encompass a new way of being/feeling/loving that brings different experiences into my life? Where was Continue reading Name it; Heal it

Coffee Shop Ruminations

Here are some coffee shop ruminations from yesterday. I love sitting in coffee shops and hearing the hustle and bustle, watching people and contemplating existence. # 1 – The only true reality is the Source-point of unity – the structures we’ve chosen to define ourselves and our external reality are only (fear-based) constructs designed to give us ‘proof’ of our existence. In truth, existence, like love, isn’t based on external reflections of ourselves or our validity, but on internal alignment with the belief in our existence. In other words, without reflections of our existence would we cease to exist? It seems to me, the goal of conscious awakening is to simply exist without definition, without perception and reflection. As we accept the truth of our Continue reading Coffee Shop Ruminations

Resonance and Integrity

Here’s something to consider: Personal integrity is just that – personal. It is a choice, and can only be defined by each of us for us alone. The thing is, we’re all energetic beings, and strive for resonance. With that in mind, the messages we speak, even as they come through a channel from Source, come through our body. The resonance then, is related to how integral each person is in their own understanding of that, not in anyone else’s estimation. It means that whoever is receiving the messages feels the resonance as a reflection of the messenger’s own alignment. So, if the messenger is in some way not being honest with themselves about what they say they hold as valuable, it is only between Continue reading Resonance and Integrity
