Honour your Courage

I was out for a walk this week with the dogs and ran into a woman taking some photos. Of course I started talking, because that’s what I do. In the course of the conversation, we were sharing some of our stories, and she said ‘you are so courageous!’ It got me thinking, I don’t always share stuff I’m going through or how I’m living, because it’s become so normal to me. She reminded me that many of the choices I’ve made in the past ten years are incredibly courageous. The Gift of Sensitivity

I just wanted to share a note on sensitivity today. It’s come as a reminder that being highly sensitive becomes normalised, just like anything else. And we are becoming increasingly sensitive all the time, we just may be adjusting so quickly on another level that we don’t become aware of it until we come up against it in this dimension. A couple of examples have come up in my experience over the past couple of days, and it took me until this morning to fully make the connection.
