Karma is SO old paradigm

Whooo! Something BIG shifted this past weekend and it feels like we’re being presented with a clean slate. New beginnings like we’ve never imagined are afoot. This means our past no longer defines our present or future – a total conscious awareness of our every moment and the choices we make. This is available to ALL at any time. Let go of old stories and any past pains/challenges/worries/experiences as a way of BEing. Start fresh. Make different choices. BE YOU, completely and whole-heartedly, whole-SOULedly. Allow this same freedom for others. And don’t forget to stay open to the gifts that are always being given. Thunderbirds are GO! (Later in the day…) Okay, further revelations around this… This is tied to deep collective structures and patterns Continue reading Karma is SO old paradigm

Name it; Heal it

As I was walking this morning, it was made clearer to me the difference between judgement and blame, and getting clarity for your own expansion. When we name a ‘problem’ in our lives, or acknowledge that someone has abused or mistreated us, it’s so that we can accept responsibility for our healing and growth, NOT to demonise the challenges and become victimised by life. EVERYTHING is a teacher. For instance, I can say ‘my ex was a narcissist’ and stop there, lamenting the fact that I wasted years with an unfeeling, manipulative psychopath, or I can say, ‘why was that attractive to me? How can I shift my perspective to encompass a new way of being/feeling/loving that brings different experiences into my life? Where was Continue reading Name it; Heal it

An Interview with the Wild Feminine

I step cautiously into the room, unsure of what I’ll find, not wanting to disturb this elusive creature. There she is, dancing ecstatically, to music only she can hear. I’m frozen on the spot, blinded by her radiance. As she spins, she catches sight of me and beckons me further into the room, into the dance. I mutter something weak, like, ‘oh, but there’s no music…’ and the sudden peal of her laughter awakens something long-dormant in my soul. ‘I know her,’ I think, and then the moment is gone as quickly as it arrived. I sit down, all formal and professional, not sure what to do in the presence of this wildness. I wait, as she dances and spins and laughs. I watch silently, Continue reading An Interview with the Wild Feminine

Abundance and the Comparison Trap

There’s been a lot of focus on the abundance front lately, and it seems that many people share a resistance: ‘if I have a lot (of anything), I’ll be taking someone else’s share.’ This engenders all kinds of reactions, feelings ranging from guilt to righteous indignation. It’s become clear lately that this is all a part of the old structure distortions connected to competition and comparison. There is no room for competition in unity consciousness – if all are One, then there’s nothing to compete against. It’s deeply entrenched in our collective psyche to see comparisons wherever we look. Any time we feel intimidated by someone’s __intelligence, beauty, power, etc___ we are buying into the idea that ithere’s a limited resource. We’re basing our value Continue reading Abundance and the Comparison Trap

The Power in Falling Apart

I am thrilled to share this interview with Angela Levesque at Health and Healing Radio. The description from the show’s page is as follows: ‘This show is where science and spirituality merge. As a society today, we are suffering more than ever from diseases of lifestyle, it is time to ask ourselves why? To look beyond just the physical and understand how our mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic aspects interact to create health and healing. We will discuss the science and research being done in fields such as Mind/Body Medicine, Energy Medicine and other integrative disciplines. As well as explore facets of healing from all perspectives in complementary and alternative medicine.’ I invite you to listen to our interview. We discuss catharsis and the power Continue reading The Power in Falling Apart
