My gratitude goes out to Aine at the Global Love Project for featuring another of my posts. It’s called ‘You Cannot Hide from your Beauty.
The post asks you to embrace your expansive truth, and shine boldly from your heart. ‘You are a golden thread in the beautiful tapestry of life, adding your unique and shining signature to the bigger picture. Without you, the world would be missing a vital piece.’
May you celebrate your unique beauty in every way.
Big Love,
~ Jenny

I have a quote pinned to my piano that says “Pretty’s not a look, it’s a feeling!” It really speaks to how beauty comes from the inside out, not the outside in as the marketing world has almost convinced us to believe. The shift is happening and we are now seeing that beauty comes in different shapes and sizes and if we feel the beauty within us, we are much more likely to see the beauty in the world around us. To me, nature is the most exquisite example of beauty! The colours, the change of seasons, the way it transforms in front of our eyes if we are watching! Thanks for your reflections and reminders to us Jenny! It is a big topic that I have been writing about as well in relation to women and how we “see” ourselves.

Thank you so much for your comment, Beverley!
I enjoyed your insights on the idea of beauty. It is a big topic, and I love that so many people cover it from so many angles. I agree with you about nature – I spend a lot of time marvelling at the colours and textures in even the smallest things. It is truly spectacular.

For too long I related beauty to external things. So glad I expanded my vision and now see beauty all around me. And the greatest beauty is in people, love & humanity. Beautiful post.
Thank you Roslyn, for your comment!
It’s great that as you expand your vision you begin to realise that the beauty you see around you is a reflection of you (and vice versa). I think humanity is capable of incredible beauty, which is a reflection of the beauty of our Source.
Thanks again,

I love this! It really resonates with many topics close to my heart (and included in a memoir & journal guide I wrote). There is beauty and value in each of us, and the sooner we can recognize it, the sooner we can truly embrace and enjoy life! 🙂
Thank you Alexis! I agree, and there are so many reasons NOT to hide it for every reason to try. It’s not always that easy to recognize it in ourselves, but it feels like the time is now to really own it.
Thanks so much for your comment!
